We ships through UPS carrier service exclusively for fast and reliable shipping. Orders may take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out via UPS ground/standard services. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note UPS ground/Standard does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Again, all orders are shipped via UPS carrier service exclusively (no will-call or pick-up).

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is the fastest, most reliable shipping method for light weighted products. Every order is given a delivery confirmation number, allowing you to follow your package via the USPS website. The average parcel spends less than 48 hours in transit, and deliveries are made every day except Sunday. USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO. For lighter and smaller packages, may choose to ship via USPS to ensure faster delivery. Refer to the map below for a detailed estimate of transit time using USPS Priority shipping. Again, this is estimation. reserves the right to choose the shipping method based on the order. All Security Systems will be shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO. For all other orders, refer to the table below for guideline. It will be mainly determined by the weight of the item.

Tracking your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. Again, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times and given days of delivery are only an approximation provided by UPS.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the UPS tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delay. However, cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and avoidable delay while the package is in the care of UPS. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even extra fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is on route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if UPS charges the customer an extra fee.

The UPS driver at his discretion may choose to leave the package at the door. cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.

Return Policy

However, if by any chance you are forced to make a return, please follow these guidelines listed below.

Return Period

By any chance, you are not satisfied with the item; we offer a 30 day return policy for new items and a 15 day return policy for used and refurbished items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Replacements will be sent and refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned and inspected. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

We reserve the right to charge a fee or a restocking fee for damaged items, items returned with missing components, and items returned without any defects. This included customers who purchased the product and are not satisfied. makes it a point to make the description of the item as clear as possible and therefore restocking fees apply. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping cost to and from customers, shipping charge to Samsung, and any other expenses that might be needed in facilitating your return.

In Case of Defect:

If an item is returned with and customer is claiming defect, a return label will be sent via email. Once received, the item will be subjected to inspection by our technicians. If the item is found to be without defect, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any other relevant fees. These fees will be on top of the 15% restocking fee.
